Contact Pastor Foster to schedule your wedding date and wedding rehearsal. Non-members of Shepherd of the Bay may schedule weddings beginning Sept. 1 of the year prior to their wedding.

Contact the Director of Music, Gladys Austgen, to provide/coordinate the music for your wedding. You may choose to provide your own musicians/vocalists. Call for information on using our church instruments, or to arrange for an audio recording of your wedding.

Our Wedding Coordinator will be present at your wedding rehearsal and at your wedding to provide information about church procedures and assistance with unforeseen problems that may arise.

Fees for Services

The Church requires that the following fees for wedding services be paid in full at the time of your wedding rehearsal. All fees will be collected by the Wedding Coordinator. The Wedding Coordinator is required for all weddings at the church involving more than 40 people (including invited guests).

Use of church (non-member Door County residents, large wedding): $250
Use of church (non-member Door County residents, small wedding): $100
Use of church (non-member with no Door County residence): $500
Use of church (non-member with no Door County residence, small wedding (fewer than 100 people)): $250
Pastor's fee:
or 10 percent of the photographers' charges, whichever is greater
  $100
Church Organist's hourly fee: $100
Wedding Coordinator (members or Door County residents): $100
Wedding Coordinator (non-members with no Door County residence): $250
Wedding Coordinator (non-members with no Door County residence, small wedding): $150
