We are Lutherans
As Lutherans, we are proud of the heritage of the Reformation and the great principles of Christian belief rediscovered by Martin Luther which form the core of our faith and life.
Grace Alone All of Gods mercy, love and forgiveness is given to us purely as a gift which we in no way deserve.
Faith Alone We receive these gifts simply by trusting in the God who promises them, through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Scripture Alone The Bible is the one reliable and authoritative source of our knowledge about God, His will for our lives, and especially His love for us through our savior Jesus Christ.
We are Christians
As followers of Christ, we rejoice that we are part of the much wider Christian fellowship which includes all who confess Jesus Christ as Lord.
We hold joint worship services with other Christian Churches in Door County, and join with them in Vacation Bible School programs and acts of service to others.
We welcome into our congregation individuals from a wide range of denominational backgrounds as well as those with no previous church background. This rich variety of people contributes to the variety and vitality of our congregation.
I hope that the rest of this Web site provides you with further information concerning the life and ministry of this congregation.
